A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING
OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, FINANCE, CITY CLERK,
AND PUBLIC WORKS BUILDINGS ON PROPOSED DATES IN
OBSERVANCE OF THE ANNUAL EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY
BREAKFAST AND POTLUCK
WHEREAS, traditionally, the Administration and Community Development
offices have closed for the annual employee breakfast and potluck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ordered, and determined by the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto as follows:
Closure of the City Offices' locations: Community Development - 248 E. Main
Street; Finance - 322 E. Main Street; City Clerk — 166 E. Main Street Suite 2;
Public Works — 270 Bissel Place on:
a) Friday, December 14, 2007 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and
b) Wednesday, December 19, 2007 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of November, 2007, by
the following vote:
Ayes: Mansperger, Ritchie, Stubblefield, Ayres
Nays: None
Absent: Carlson
Abstain: None
