A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO APPROVING THE BOND REQUIRED OF THE CITY
MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto is a municipal corporation duly
organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager is required under section 2.12.030 of the
City's municipal code to furnish a corporate surety bond; and
WHEREAS, section 2.12.030 of the City's municipal code also requires
that the required bond be approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to approve the Interim City Manager's
bond required under the municipal code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED determined and ordered by the
City Council of the City of San Jacinto:
SECTION 1. Amount of Bond. The City Council hereby approves the
Interim City Manager's bond in the amount of five thousand
dollars ($5,000).
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 18th day of February, 2010,
by the following vote:
Ayes: Di Memmo, Mansperger, Potts, Stubblefield
Nays: None
Absent: Ayres
Abstain: None
