A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO ESTABLISHING THE AMOUNT OF THE BOND
REQUIRED OF THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto is a municipal corporation duly
organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager is required under section 2.12.030 of the
City's municipal code to furnish a corporate surety bond to be approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, section 2.12.030 of the City's municipal code requires that the
City Council determine the sum of the required bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish the amount of the City
Manager's bond required under the municipal code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED determined and ordered by the
City Council of the City of San Jacinto:
SECTION 1. Amount of Bond. The amount of the City Manager's bond is
hereby established at five thousand dollars ($5,000).
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED, this 7th day of January, 2010, by
the following vote:
Ayes: Di Memmo, Mansperger, Potts, Stubblefield
Nays: None
Absent: Ayres
Abstain: None
