A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED
SIGNERS WITH ACCESS TO THE SAFE DEPOSIT BOX AT
BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto needs to periodically update the
signature card for access to the Safe Deposit Box at Bank of Hemet; and
WHEREAS, the City has designated in the list below who may have
access to and control of the box, may remove all or part of its contents and may
surrender it, relieving Bank of Hemet of all responsibility for it; and
WHEREAS, the conditions for use of the box are stated in the Terms and
Conditions which have been given to the City of San Jacinto and have been read
and accepted; and
WHEREAS, The Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate
resolution and authorization to designate authorized signers for access to the
safe deposit box at Bank of Hemet; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, as follows
1) That Resolution No. 3273 will be hereby rescinded;
2) The annual box rental fees to be paid in a timely manner; and
3) The following will be authorized signers for the safe deposit box at
Bank of Hemet.
