A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING
OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, FINANCE, AND PUBLIC
WORKS BUILDINGS ON PROPOSED DATES IN OBSERVANCE OF
THE ANNUAL EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY BREAKFAST AND POTLUCK
WHEREAS, traditionally, the Administration and Community Development offices
have closed for the annual employee breakfast; and
WHEREAS, Administration and Community Development previously did not
close their doors in the past for the annual potluck; and
WHEREAS, this action left many employees out of the festivities due to having to
cover the numerous customer service counters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ordered, and determined by the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto as follows:
By motion, approve the temporary closing of the City Offices Community
Development - 248 E. Main Street; Finance - 322 E. Main Street; Public Works —270
Bissel Place on:
a) Tuesday, December 13, 2005 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 .m. and
b) Tuesday December 20, 2005 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1s` day of December, 2005, by the
following vote:
Ayes: Ayres, Shaw, Stubblefield, Carlson Buydos
Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: Ritchie
