A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, TO APPROVE THE RESCINDING OF SECTION 2.1 OF THE
2. ORDER OF BUSINESS FROM THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO CITY
COUNCIL ORIENTATION HANDBOOK AND ADOPTING A NEW SECTION
2.1 AGENDA OF AFOREMENTIONED HANDBOOK
WHEREAS, On October 17, 2002, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2387
approving the City of San Jacinto City Council Orientation Handbook.
WHEREAS, in 2. Order of Business, Section 2.1 Agenda is to be updated by the
adoption of said proposed resolution; and
WHEREAS, in anticipation of the on-line agenda to begin January 2006, staff
believes it is prudent to update the order and titles of subjects considered on the
Council's agendas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ordered, and determined by the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto as follows:
a) Rescind 2. ORDER OF BUSINESS Section 2.1 Agenda of the City of San
Jacinto City Council Orientation Handbook
b) Approve and adopt the following:

2.1 Agenda
The order of business of each meeting shall be as contained in the
agenda prepared by the City Clerk. The agenda shall be a listing by
topics of the subjects, which may be taken up for consideration in the
following order:
Organization
Call to Order
Invocation
Pledge of Allegiance
Special Presentations
Public Comments
Consent Calendar
Public Hearings
