A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING TO THE
RELINQUISHMENT BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO OF PORTIONS OF CERTAIN
STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 79 WITHIN CITY OF SAN
JACINTO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto,
California, that it consents to the relinquishment by the State of California to the City of
San Jacinto of that portion of State Highway Route 79, described on Exhibit "A",
between the south city limit of the City of San Jacinto, KP 48.08 (PM 29.881), to the
north city limits of the City of San Jacinto KP 49.69 (PM 30.88).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Council of the City of San
Jacinto waives the statutory 90-day notice of intention to relinquish.
APPROVED, PASSED, and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
San Jacinto at a Regular Meeting held 17th day of November, 2005, by the following
vote:
Ayes: Ayres, Buydos, Conner, Shaw, Stubblefield
Nays: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
