A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING SIGNERS FOR BANK
ACCOUNTS AT THE BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto needs to update its signature card with
Bank of Hemet; and
WHEREAS, the City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor, City Manager,
Treasurer and Finance Director as signers on the bank account; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution
and authorization to designate authorized signers on bank accounts; and
WHEREAS, that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby rescind
previous resolutions Authorizing Signers For Bank Accounts at the Bank of Hemet.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of
the City of San Jacinto, California, that the following will be authorized signers on
Bank of Hemet accounts:
Mayor Chris Carlson Buydos
Vice Mayor Dale Stubblefield
City Manager Barry McClellan
Treasurer Jim Potts
Finance Director Bernard Simon
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 2005 by the following vote:
Ayes: Ayres, Ritchie, Shaw, Stubblefield, Buydos
Nays: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None
