A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, TO CHANGE AUTHORIZED OFFICERS
FOR BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING AGREEMENT WITH BANK OF
HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto adopted Resolution 2362 on August 1,
2002, to enter into an Business OnLine Services Agreement with the Bank of Hemet;
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto adopted Resolution 2783 on August 18,
2005, to update its schedule of Authorized Officers with Bank of Hemet;
WHEREAS, the City periodically updates its schedule of Authorized Officers
with Bank of Hemet;
WHEREAS, the City has designated the titles of Mayor, Vice Mayor,
Treasurer and Finance Director as Authorized Officers on the Business OnLine
Services Agreement;
WHEREAS, that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby rescind
previous resolutions Authorizing Officers on Bank of Hemet Business Online
Banking Agreement; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council
of the City of San Jacinto, California, approving an On-Line Banking Agreement and
further resolve that the following will be Authorized Officers on Bank of Hemet
Business OnLine Banking Agreement:
Mayor Dale Stubblefield
Vice Mayor Ken Shaw
Treasurer James Potts
Finance Director Bernard Simon
