A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A FACSIMILE SIGNATURE
AGREEMENT FOR BANK ACCOUNTS AT THE BANK OF HEMET
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto will need to update its signature card with
Bank of Hemet; and
WHEREAS, the City has designated the Mayor, Vice Mayor, Treasurer and
Finance Director as signers on the bank account; and
WHEREAS, Bank of Hemet requires the City to adopt a corporate resolution
and authorization for the facsimile signature agreement; and
WHEREAS, that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby rescind
previous resolutions Authorizing a Facsimile Signature Agreement For Bank
Accounts at the Bank of Hemet.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and City
Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, the following will be authorized signers
on the Facsimile Signature Agreement with the Bank of Hemet for the City accounts:
Mayor Jim Ayres
Vice Mayor Chris Carlson-Buydos
Treasurer Jim Potts
Finance Director Bernard Simon
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 2007 by the following vote:
Ayes: Buydos, Mansperger, Ayres
Nays: None
Absent: Ritchie, Stubblefield
Abstain: None
