A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TEMPORARY CLOSING
OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, FINANCE, AND PUBLIC
WORKS BUILDINGS ON PROPOSED DATES IN OBSERVANCE OF
THE ANNUAL EMPLOYEE HOLIDAY BREAKFAST AND POTLUCK
WHEREAS, traditionally, the Administration, Community Development, and
Public Works offices have closed for the annual employee breakfast and potluck.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ordered, and determined by the City
Council of the City of San Jacinto as follows:
By motion, approve the temporary closing of the City Offices Community
Development - 248 E. Main Street; Finance - 322 E. Main Street; Public Works — 270
Bissel Place on:
a) Tuesday, December 12, 2006 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and
b) Tuesday December 19, 2006 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of December, 2006, by the
following vote:
Ayes: Buydos, Mansperger, Ritchie, Stubblefield, Ayres
Nays: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
