A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING REVISED COMPREHENSIVE
DESIGN GUIDELINES THAT INCLUDE AN EVALUATION SYSTEM
FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto (the "City") is subject to extensive residential
development and has large areas of land undeveloped; and
WHEREAS, quality architecture, enhanced home placement, and attractive
street scenes have been proven to enhance the quality of life and value of residential
communities; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Design Guidelines for Single Family Residential
Development provide for an enhanced residential community; and
WHEREAS, a system to evaluate single family projects to allow staff, developers,
and the Planning Commission to consistently apply and implement the Guidelines to all
single-family projects is desirable and necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the Revised Comprehensive
Design Guidelines for Single Family Residential Development in the City of San Jacinto.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
