and Sale Agreement for the Acquisition of 163 E. Main St., San Jacinto, CA
92583 Pursuant to Government Code Sections 52200 Et Seq.
City Attorney Michael J. Maurer presented the staff report.
Mayor Ruiz opened the Public Hearing at 7:35 pm.
There were no public comments.
Mayor Ruiz closed the Public Hearing at 7:36 pm.
M/S/C (Ayala, Heath) made a motion to approve Resolution No. 3905 to
authorize the execution and delivery of a Purchase and Sale Agreement for the
acquisition of 163 E. Main St., San Jacinto, CA 92583 pursuant to Government
Code section 52200 et seq.. Motion carried 4/0.

5.1. Approval of Purchase of New Hot Patch Asphalt Repair Truck for Public
Utilities
Deputy City Manager of Development Services Travis Randell presented the staff
report.
M/S/C (Ruiz/Ayala) made a motion to (1) APPROVE the purchase of a new
Model BC-4 Hot Patch Repair Truck for the Public Utilities Division, and (2)
APPROPRIATE the funds for the quoted price of $213,048.95 (Two Hundred
Thirteen Thousand Forty -Eight Dollars and Ninety -Five Cents). Motion
carried 4/0.
