Mayor Alonzo Ledezma called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.

City Clerk Angela Walton conducted the roll call:

Councilmember Phil Ayala, Councilmember Brian Hawkins
Absent: Councilmember Joel Lopez
M/S/C (Ledezma/Hawkins) moved to approve the absence of Councilmember Lopez.
Motion carried 3/1.

5.1. Introduction of the Homeless and At -Risk Population (HARP) Outreach
Program
City Manager Rob Johnson and Robin Gilliland from Robin Gilliland Consulting
presented the staff report.
5.2. Planning Commission Ad Hoc Selection Committee Recommendation
Mayor Pro Tern Ruiz and Councilmember Ayala presented the staff report.
M/S/C (Ruiz/Ayala) moved to approve the Planning Commission Ad Hoc
Committee's recommendation of appointment of Taurus Jones to fill the term left
vacant by Planning Commissioner Jeremy Fontes. Motion carried 4/0.

5. FUTURE REQUESTS FROM CITY COUNCIL TO STAFF
There were no future item requests from City Council to staff.

Council's Regular Meeting at 8:31 pm.
